Getting started with PARS International is easy: World class customer service, attention to detail and the highest quality products are our key strengths. Here are a few simple steps that will quickly guide you through the process.



Custom Reprints

1. Contact one of our reprint specialists: Our staff will work with you to ensure that your custom layout requests including the use of photographs, charts, illustrations, graphics, company logo, contact information and even compliance disclaimers meet with the guidelines and requirements established by the publisher. Our professional staff will guide you through the process from ordering to layout to proof approval and shipping to ensure your satisfaction. 2. Custom Layout: Our staff work with templates and guidelines that have been approved in advance by the publisher. We make use of original elements including fonts, graphics, logos and more to ensure that your custom layout re-creates the look and feel of your article as it originally appeared in the publication.

3. Proofs: You will have the opportunity to review and approve a proof of your layout prior to the order being submitted for printing. Proofs will be sent by email along with a proof approval form. Proofs will generally be received 3-7 business days after receipt of your order.

4. Printing: 80# Glossy Text is our standard. Other paper weights are available on request but may incur an additional fee. Printing will generally be done on 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper. Other trim sizes may be requested or required by the publisher. Your reprint specialist will advise you of your options and the fees (if any). Black & White, 2 Color and Full Color printing is available for most orders.

5. Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 10-12 business days from proof approval but may vary with shipping time. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee.

6. Finishing: Various finishing options are available including folding, hole punching and shrink wrapping. Your reprint specialist will gladly discuss options with you.

7. Shipping: Your reprints will be bulk packed for their protection and shipped securely in a carton(s). You will receive a shipping notification along with tracking information when your reprints ship.

E-Prints

1. Contact one of our E-Print specialists: They will work with you to ensure that your custom E-Print layout requests including the use of photographs, charts, illustrations, graphics, company logo, contact information and even compliance disclaimers meet with the guidelines and requirements established by the publisher. Our professional staff will guide you through the process from ordering to layout to proof approval to ensure your satisfaction. 3. Duration / Length of Time: E-Prints are available in time-based increments with a 3 month minimum. The maximum duration is determined by the publisher. Your specialist will inform you of your options.

4. Proofs: You will have the opportunity to review and approve a proof of your layout prior to the order being finalized. Proofs will be sent by email along with a proof approval form. Proofs will generally be received 3-7 business days after receipt of your order.

5. Delivery: You will receive a link to your E-Print on our secure server. You are free to embed the link on your Website, use it in your electronic newsletters and other communications. You may also email the link to an unlimited number of employees, customers, distributors or prospects

6. Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days from proof approval but may vary. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee. If you have a specific date in mind we strongly advise you to alert your specialist at the time of order.

Permissions/Licensing

1. Contact one of our Permissions specialists: They will work with you to secure the permission that you need including the use of text, photographs, charts, illustrations, graphics and logo(s). They will need details about your intended use and will explain your options to ensure that all permissions fall within the approved guidelines and requirements established by the publisher. 2. Delivery: For a fee, PARS can supply you with copies of the content you are seeking permission to use.

3. Turnaround: Once we have received all of the information necessary to issue a quote for your use, you will typically receive licensing information within 2 business days. Rush quotes are available but may incur an additional fee. If you have a deadline or specific date in mind we strongly advise you to alert your permissions specialist at the time of your order.
